Placing a service request just got easier!

Before clicking on the link below, please read through the following instructions. If necessary, please print these instructions as a helpful reference.

  • Type the primary buyer's sign-in name
    The primary buyer’s first letter of their first name followed by their last name followed by the last four digits of their social security number (bsmith9999)
  • Type the password "cpmorgan" (no spaces)

If this does not work, please contact the Warranty Department at 800.673.5644.

To Place a Service Request Online

  1. Once you have signed in click the Request Service link. Choose your lot # for requesting service for your home.
  2. The next several pages guide you through a selection process to identify the specific area where you need service and a description of service needed.
  3. Once completed with adding the item/items, click the Submit Request button.
  4. You’ll receive a Service Request number... it’s as simple as that!!!
