Wednesday, September 21, 2005
Courtesy NAHB Research Center - During a ceremony at this year’s Benchmark Conference, C.P. Morgan of Indianapolis, Indiana received the 2006 National Housing Quality (NHQ) Silver Award. Patterned after the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, the NHQ Award represents the housing industry’s highest recognition for quality achievement and world class business practices. The NAHB Research Center, a subsidiary of the National Association of Home Builders, and Reed Residential Group, publishers of Professional Builder and Professional Remodeler magazines, administer the NHQ Award Program annually. The NHQ Awards are open to all U.S. residential construction companies. Entries are judged by panels of experts who evaluate the role that customer-focused quality plays in the builder’s construction, business management, sales, design and warranty service.
